implementation. Architecture lives in ../../ARCHITECTURE.md,
staged delivery in ../../ROADMAP.md, and measurable results in
../../results.

Start with VISION.md for intent, then GOALS.md for the criteria that make the
vision falsifiable, then FIELD_DEFINING_QUESTIONS.md for the questions still open.
New to the project? Read ../WHAT_IS_IDKMESH.md first —
it is the shortest path from curiosity to understanding what this repository does.
This module holds foundations only. A document belongs here when it states purpose,
goals, or defining questions, and when rewriting it would change what the project is
trying to be. Broader scientific and mathematical groundwork remains at the repository
root (SCIENTIFIC_FOUNDATIONS.md,
MATHEMATICAL_FOUNDATIONS.md) pending a separate
evidence-backed migration; see issue #38 for why this first migration was kept small.
