Continue issue work while preserving the branch-convergence policy. PR #311 was confirmed merged, Task 004 was reviewed and advanced through PR #312, and work then moved to the final pending item in issue #5’s frozen first-five cohort.
The evidence harness reconstructs the checklist-only candidate against frozen
source 9c53bb4069a5db1c0688dbbe7a8f028540cbf7c2. It verifies the precommitted
freeze gates, routes the candidate through the frozen public EvaluatorPlan, and
records explicit invalid authority statements as seeded negative fixtures.
This is deliberately not a general natural-language policy classifier. The behavioral probe recognizes known invalid fixture phrases, verifies that the candidate contains none of them, and preserves the rejected case with its diagnostics.
Candidate generation operates only in an isolated checkout. The metadata evaluator does not execute candidate content. The behavioral probe shares the controlled harness runtime and records that correlation. Verifier support does not grant canonical write, push, merge, or automatic-selection authority.
Completing this final evidence bundle makes every item in the frozen first-five cohort reproducible from repository-owned artifacts. Reviewers can inspect the exact checklist and seeded failure without relying on transient workflow data or this chat.
