Final repository outcome for this continuation

The Docker-free acceptance helper was completed and opened as PR #110:

Add fail-closed controlled-Docker acceptance harness for PR #91

The dedicated PR91 acceptance harness check workflow passed both:

The repository evolution workflow also passed and GitHub reported PR #110 mergeable.

PR #110 was squash-merged to main as:

4bf118517d96d9b41e0ad29640672b25739559dc

The merge contains:

Non-claim preserved

The helper CI is not issue #37 runtime evidence. The assistant execution environment does not have Docker installed, so no real controlled-host positive or negative runtime evidence was claimed.

Issue #37 remains open and still requires the frozen PR #91 candidate at:

d638a2f78e4a89353b98e91052233e365f56f90a

plus real positive evidence and negative checks A–E on a controlled Docker host.

Issue synchronization

Issue #37 was updated with the merged helper/runbook and an explicit statement that no runtime gate has been satisfied.

Issue #5 was updated to record:

Next evidence sequence

controlled Docker host
 -> frozen PR #91 node run
 -> real positive + negative A-E evidence
 -> ResultManifest + changes.patch
 -> EvaluatorPlan v0.2
 -> unified-diff VerificationResult
 -> Evidence Report/replay
 -> first 5-10 repository benchmark tasks

No benchmark expansion should be treated as a substitute for obtaining the first real verified worker bundle.
